If you attended Applied Net last year, you may remember that we introduced and demonstrated an early prototype of a new chatbot capability to be made available in Applied MobileInsured™ this year. For those of you who did not attend, the essential idea behind this feature is to remove friction from stressful situations by making it easier for insureds to submit a claim via an automated chatbot. Well, I’m happy to announce that the virtual assistant for claims management capability is now available in the latest release of Applied MobileInsured.
