Applied Net last year, you may remember that we introduced and demonstrated an early prototype of a new chatbot capability to be made available in Applied MobileInsured™ this year. For those of you who did not attend, the essential idea behind this feature is to remove friction from stressful situations by making it easier for insureds to submit a claim via an automated chatbot. Well, I’m happy to announce that the virtual assistant for claims management capability is now available in the latest release of Applied MobileInsured.
Through
our partnership with Google, we were able to leverage Google’s artificial intelligence powered chatbot technology to develop this capability. Your agency can now provide the option for your customers to submit an auto claim from the convenience of a mobile app, branded to your agency. With cutting-edge AI technology, the chatbot collects details on the claim in a simple, conversational interaction. Once the claim has been submitted, you have the option to respond to the insured, keeping that personal touch in their time of need.
