There are only 10 days until Applied Net 2022, and we’re so excited (we just can't hide it)! It’s been a minute since we did the whole in-person thing – plus we’re bringing a few tricks we learned from the virtual world to the live arena – so we thought a rundown of the program would be helpful for first-timers and veterans alike. That’s why we’ve rounded up our 10 favorite things about Applied Net 2022! As you get ready for this year’s conference, be on the lookout for all these exciting components and more. And for those of you who haven’t registered yet – consider this a list of 10 reasons why you should.
Jumpstart your week at our Pre-Conference program on Sunday where we have some awesome learning and networking opportunities planned! For our up-and-coming leaders – the Emerging Leaders Program is for you! National thought leader Rachel Druckenmiller will teach you how to unmute yourself and find your voice in the workplace in this half-day course. Need Continuing Education (CE) credits? We’ve got you covered! Earn up to 7 hours of CE credits to meet your state licensing requirements while gaining additional education on niche topics such as Homeowners Insurance, Personal Auto Insurance, and Analyzing Cyber Liability. ACT will also be hosting its fall Tech Summit in conjunction with our event. They welcome attendees to join them to discuss the latest tech trends. All Pre-Conference programs require additional registration. You can head over to the Applied Net site to do that or for more details.
To close out the day, you can connect with fellow attendees on topics of mutual interest at the Networking Roundtables and reconnect with peers while exploring the Applied Net Exchange at the Welcome Reception.
We’ve squared up one of our best education programs yet with over 240 sessions on a variety of subjects that keep you up to speed on industry trends, professional development hot topics, and best practices for using your Applied software. And if you haven’t heard, we’ve introduced new and improved conference tracks this year that are broken out by role versus technology so you can more easily identify sessions that match your unique needs and interests. But if you still need help determining which sessions are best for you, check out our Path to Applied Net guide for session recommendations by role. Also new this year is the hands-on lab session format. These will be longer education sessions where you can bring your own device and apply your learnings to your tech in real time. The session list is now live, and we encourage you to peruse it to start planning which ones you want to attend. You can browse the full list of sessions on your desktop or select the “Sessions” tile on the home screen in the Applied Net app. Speaking of the app…

We’re kicking things off with our CEO Taylor Rhodes who will share how Applied is bringing technology and people together in new, more exciting ways than ever for a Connected Insurance Experience. Then, Applied Client Network’s CEO Brian Langerman will discuss how the Applied Client Network is an essential resource for you to make the most of your Applied technology investment. These CEOs will be tough acts to follow, but our Chief Technology Officer Rich Belanger and Chief Customer Officer Trevor Bunker will also take to the stage to provide a product portfolio and customer experience update respectively. We’re over the moon to have Mike Krzyzewski (aka Coach K), former head men’s basketball coach at Duke University, as our special guest keynote! In what is sure to be an inspiring talk, Coach K will give you a game plan for achieving success by teaching you strategies to build confidence, trust, communication, and teamwork.
